Formación

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar.
• 5+ years’ experience in product management and sales training in industrial or B2B environments.
• Master’s degree in management and/or experience in the Material Handling sector highly valued.
• Fluent Spanish and English with strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, positioning, and promotion of solutions.
• Define and develop the local strategy for products.
• Analyze market and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Design and plan the training program for the sales network.
• Deliver training sessions on energy, safety, and digitalization.
