A leading manufacturer in motorcycle parts in Barcelona is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join their expanding R&D Software Department. The role involves software development for instrument clusters, requiring a degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience. Proficiency in C and knowledge of RTOS and embedded Linux are essential. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative solutions for global customers.

Formación

• Two or more years of experience in embedded software development.

Currently the company is expanding the R&D Software Department with 1 engineer; the main goal is to develop 2 and 4 wheeler instrument clusters for our customers located in Europe, Asia and North America.

What you'll be doing:

• Participate in all design stages, from the initial customer requirement to the research and design of the appropriate solution and its development and maintenance.
• Work on the software development and maintenance for our entire range of products, from bare metal solutions to Linux-based solutions.
• Research, exploration and validation of new microcontrollers and microprocessors.
• Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to derive innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer science, Electronics, Telecommunications or similar.
• Two or more years of experience in embedded software development.
• Self-starter, quick learner, creative and passionate about problem solving.
• Proficiency in C language.
• Experience with RTOS.
• Experience with embedded Linux.
• Notions to interpret hardware schematics.
