A leading engineering firm is seeking an Electrical Engineer for Data Center Operations in Madrid. This position involves leading the design and operation of electrical systems in a Data Center environment and managing infrastructure. Candidates should have a strong background in Electrical Engineering and proficiency in electrical distribution systems. This role offers a 12-month contract with the potential for a permanent position.

Formación

• Strong background in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical distribution systems, UPS, generators, and backup systems.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, commissioning, and operation of electrical systems in a Data Center environment.
• Manage electrical infrastructure, including PDUs, UPS, generators, switchgear, and backup power systems.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to maintain system performance and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues while minimizing downtime.
• Participate in capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives for infrastructure resilience.
