Formación

About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing international sales team in Barcelona.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities for our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify potential clients in the Dutch-speaking market
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
  • Understand client needs and present relevant product or service solutions
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate data on CRM systems and track pipeline progress
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead-generation strategies
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
  • Represent the brand professionally to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Fluent Dutch (C1+) and good English (B2+)
  • Previous sales or outbound experience is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is beneficial
  • Valid EU documentation or legal right to work in Spain
