What You'll Do:

1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing user needs efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

1. Candidates fluent in Dutch with strong English skills (B2 or higher).
2. 1+ years of customer service experience (automotive industry experience or familiarity with electric vehicles is a plus!).
3. Competency with IT platforms, MS Office, and basic internet configurations.
4. A customer-focused approach with strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution or escalate when necessary.
