MLF-2509-318 – DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER (RPA) – MADRID
Multinational pharmaceutical company is looking for a Digital Project Manager who will lead the execution and implementation of digital transformation projects across the EMEA region, driving innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Manage end-to end digital project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across EMEA to align project goals with business needs.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and blockers early, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates, dashboards, and presentations to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Team Coordination: Foster collaboration among team members, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in Spanish and English
Digital Technologies; Proven expertise in implementing process automation tools and other digital technologies. - Project Management Tools; Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira or equivalent platforms.
- Advanced Office Skills; Advanced-level use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Business acumen; Experience in developing business cases to justify implementations

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciende, Business Administration, or related field
Additional certifications in Digital Technologies, Agile, PMP, ir Scrum are highly desirable. - 5+ years of experience managing international digital projects, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Industry insight: familiarity with regulatory environment and digital trends in the pharma industry would be very valuable
