Where will you be in the organization?
The division

You will join the Group Security division, defining the security standards to be applied by AXA entities, overseeing the overall security posture across the Group and providing centralized services to support entities (Crisis Management, Security Operations Centre, etc.). Throughout AXA Group, the security community is composed of 1000 security professionals, working daily to protect our customers, operations, brand and people. To achieve this, we have gathered our three security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security and Operational Resilience.

  • Corporate functions (Group Mandate): Security Advisory and Standards, Security Governance, Security Risk & Assurance, Security Strategy and Awareness
  • CyberDefense (Group security services and products provider)
  • Group Operations Security (Security of the hosting entity)
  • Corporate Chief Security Officers (Oversight of entities’ security): Corporate Centre, European Markets, International Markets
About the job
Main missions

Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide expertise and guidance for problems or questions around Digital security standards & market best practices (Support level 3)
  • Define and perform controls to verify AXA’s digital assets are compliant with Group standards
  • Provide technical support to AXA’s entities through the entire lifecycle and ecosystem of domain name management in a secure way
  • Coordinate resolution to any deficiencies observed and make recommendation to affected stakeholders. Check effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Provide timely reporting on the AXA’s digital assets quality & compliance level
  • Support AXA Group with targeted actions to control the divestment and onboarding of entities from a Digital presence point of view
Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical skills
  • Proven experience in managing internet architecture and digital infrastructure
  • Experience with Domain registration, DNS configuration, SSL/TLS certificate management, networt protocols & web technologies
  • scriptin and development (python, powershell, etc.)
Soft skills / transversal skills
  • Experience of working in large and matrix organizations > 2 years
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
  • Result driven / Delivery oriented
