Rol

We are looking for a proactive and creativeMarketing Executiveto join our team and work closely with the CMO. This role requires a strong balance between analytical skills, hands-on digital marketing experience, and the curiosity to explore innovative growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor SEO strategies, including writing optimized content and managing on-page SEO (experience with Wix preferred).
• Develop and execute CRM strategies, including customer segmentation and activation workflows.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights.
• Coordinate with influencer and PR agencies to support brand awareness and growth initiatives.
• Experiment with new acquisition tactics such as referral programs and partnership campaigns.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and proactively adapt strategies.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of paid media platforms and campaign optimization.
• Solid knowledge of SEO best practices, with experience writing optimized content (familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Wix preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with KPIs and performance data.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish, both written and spoken (English is a plus).
• Ability to work autonomously, make decisions independently, and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience collaborating closely with leadership (CMO or similar).
• Interest or background in finance and investment
• Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments
• Nice to have basic knowledge of SQL and / or data management with Excel
