Digital Marketing & Production Assistant

Location: Madrid (hybrid model: office + remote)

At BLIND BOX, we have brought a unique and addictive experience to Madrid: we are Europe's first specialized blind box store. More than just a store, we are a meeting point for fans of collecting, aesthetics, and the thrill of chance.

We are expanding, with a new store opening soon in Barcelona, and we are looking for a proactive, resourceful person with strategic and creative thinking to join us as a Digital Marketing & Production Assistant.

This role is a perfect mix of digital marketing and production support, ideal for someone with a 360º vision, execution capability, and eager to grow in a rapidly expanding startup.

What will you do in this role?

Digital marketing & content

• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, both organic and paid.
• Write engaging copies for social media and advertising campaigns.
• Assist in creating briefs, content ideas, and productions for new product launches and restocks.
• Research trends, create presentations, organize ideas, and structure creative proposals.
• Conduct market, competition, and performance analysis to optimize content and paid strategies.

Content production & post-production

• Assist in filming productions: scouting, logistics, team organization, and on-set support.
• Help in post-production: content classification, delivery, uploading to folders, and editing follow-up.
• Document the creative process and keep production organized from start to finish.

Influencers, community & events

• Find, contact, and coordinate collaborations with content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
• Manage activations and in-store events related to community and social media to boost visibility and sales.
• Support result tracking, influencer relations, and cross-selling activations online and offline.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or production.
• Advanced/professional level of English (minimum C1), spoken and written.
• Excellent copywriting skills for social media.
• Good visual communication and aesthetic sensitivity.
• Knowledge of neuromarketing, data analysis, and performance marketing.
• Organizational skills, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude, autonomy, and commitment.
• Previous experience in events or content production is a plus.
