What we look for?

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our team and work with one of our clients in the banking sector.

Work location : Málaga

Work mode : Hybrid (3 days working in the office, 2 days from home).

Timetable : M-F from 09 : 00 to 18 : 00

Key Responsibilities

Promoting engineering excellence through automation, collaboration, and standardization to accelerate delivery and enhance customer value.

The position is responsible for designing and maintaining CI / CD pipelines that ensure security, quality, and compliance across all software releases.

It involves developing testing frameworks and providing Testing as a Service to support product teams.

Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters, implementing cloud automation on AWS, and supporting cloud migration and event‑driven architectures with Kafka.

The DevOps Engineer will also contribute to infrastructure as code, continuous monitoring, and problem resolution to reduce downtime and improve system reliability.

Required Qualifications

English B2+ / C1

The role requires strong experience with Git, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes and Python, along with a solid understanding of networking, monitoring tools, and security best practices.

Collaboration with cross‑functional teams is essential to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and engineering innovation.
