Una empresa líder en energía busca un Analista de Aprendizaje y Desarrollo para evaluar y mejorar los programas de capacitación. Se requiere una licenciatura en Recursos Humanos o un campo relacionado, con 3-5 años de experiencia y habilidades analíticas fuertes. Buscamos a alguien motivado que contribuya a un entorno de aprendizaje continuo.

Formación

  • 3–5 años de experiencia en Aprendizaje y Desarrollo o Recursos Humanos.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas para interpretar datos.
  • Fluente en inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.

Responsabilidades

  • Analizar y reportar datos relacionados con programas de aprendizaje.
  • Asistir en el diseño y evaluación de programas de capacitación.
  • Realizar análisis de brechas en habilidades.

To support this transformation, we’re looking for top talent to join our Trading HR team. As a key member of the function, the Learning & Development Analyst will report directly to the Learning & Development Manager and play a vital role in shaping and supporting strategies that drive employee growth and enhance organizational performance.

This role will focus on analyzing data, identifying learning trends, and generating insights to improve the effectiveness of our development programs. Ultimately, the goal is to help foster a motivating and high-performing work environment where continuous learning is part of our culture — contributing directly to the company’s long-term success.

Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on data related to learning and development programs. Identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Program Support: Assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs. Ensure programs align with organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Gap Analysis: Evaluate the existing skills and competencies of employees and identify gaps. Provide recommendations for training and development to bridge these gaps.
  • Communication: Support the creation and distribution of internal communications related to learning and development initiatives. Ensure clarity and accuracy in all messaging.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the development and enhancement of onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage digital tools and platforms to create interactive and engaging learning experiences. Support the digitalization of internal training programs.
  • Continuous Learning: Promote a culture of continuous learning by encouraging employees to pursue ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
  • Well-being and Resilience: Support the incorporation of well-being and resilience training into learning and development programs to help employees manage stress and maintain work-life balance.
  • Leadership Development: Assist in the development of leadership training programs to prepare employees for future leadership roles.
  • Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development. Propose their application within the organization.
What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working across teams and departments in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in digital tools and platforms related to learning and development.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and solution-oriented in the face of challenges.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
