Job Title: AI Development Expert

About the Job: We are seeking a skilled developer to join our innovative AI development team. This hybrid role will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and deploying agent-powered process automation solutions for key processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client-facing interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Develop omnichannel experiences for clients, employees, and partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and engagement.
• Collaborate on platform operating models focusing on orchestration, governance, and compliance by design.
• Work closely with AI engineers to integrate LLM-based services into web applications.
• Be comfortable with basic concepts like retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, and vector stores.
• Ensure AI components are embedded into user-facing solutions in a robust and user-friendly way.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Full-stack expertise with a focus on scalable web applications and integration with AI-driven workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices to ensure robust deployment and monitoring.
