En este rol, trabajarás en proyectos de diseño industrial, aplicando conceptos de ingeniería a gráficos funcionales y entregables de redacción. Se espera que tengas experiencia en el uso de herramientas CAD y un sólido conocimiento de BIM. Formación

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en proyectos de diseño industrial, preferiblemente en la industria nuclear.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en software CAD y BIM.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar modelos y dibujos CAD 2D y 3D para proyectos de diseño.
  • Analizar dibujos e informes de ingeniería para la manufacturabilidad.

Structural and Layout Designer

Job Responsibilities

  1. Work in close conjunction with and receive directions from Engineering personnel toward applying engineering concepts of Civil, Supports, Mechanical and/or Structural designs into practicable functional graphics and drafting deliverables. Preparation of CAD 2D and 3D models and associated drawings.
  2. Develop moderately complex layouts and digital models incorporating modified concepts in manufacturing, installation and/or construction engineering drawings. Prepare layouts, digital models and drawings for complete items characterized by critical structural, piping and/or mechanical clearances. Specifications can be from sketch or may be statement of end results.
  3. Assist with analysis of engineering drawings and models for product manufacturability/constructability which includes checking for: ease of interpretation, proper illustration, necessary data, correct and needed dimensioning, proper tolerances congruent with manufacturing costs and feasibility, proper surface finish and weld symbols, proper material specifications and related note data, proper material application and sizes and related drawing format requirements such as bill of materials, proper sign-off and release of documents via project specific and/or department procedures.
  4. Calculate dimensions, tolerances, fits, slopes, weights, bends, etc. using experimental engineering information and formula. Interpret specifications, references, etc. in use of established drawing principles.
  5. Manage databases and spreadsheet list, manage project documents and archival.
  6. Occasionally, take on-site measurement and data, assistance to walk-downs, and support installation.

Requirements

  1. Education: Technician or Vocational qualification certificate (Formación Profesional) related to the technical discipline, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial, plant design projects (valuable experience in Nuclear industry Projects).
  3. Working advanced knowledge and professional experience using the following software: AutoCAD, REVIT and MICROSTATION. Experience in using BIM methodology. Valuable experience with TEKLA, AVEVA E3D, PDS, SmartPlant3D.
  4. Candidate should be EU citizen or authorized to work in Spain.
  5. Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English (B2 or equivalent).
