Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Package.
• Language requirements determined based on the region.

Responsabilidades

• Use LEAN tools such as Daily Management and Kaizen.
• Maintain high quality standards and compliance with designers.
• Assist designers in improving production and quality.
• Answer questions about case setup and treatment goals.
• Help prioritize and manage the design case queue.
• Assist communication between designers and support teams.
• Follow up on designer open tickets.
