An international automotive brand is seeking a Senior Public Relations Manager to contribute to high-impact projects from its Barcelona office. The successful candidate will assist in developing government affairs and PR strategies and coordinate campaigns while managing a team. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan, and a strong network with government agencies are essential. Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, International Relations, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in government affairs and public relations, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong network and proven experience in dealing with government agencies, media, and public institutions.
  • Strong crisis management and media handling capabilities.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan; Chinese is a plus.
  • Experience in multinational corporations or automotive/industrial sectors preferred.
  • High integrity, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist the PR Director in developing and executing government affairs and public relations strategies.
  • Monitor political, regulatory, and industry developments to provide timely analysis and recommendations.
  • Coordinate public relations campaigns, media communication, and crisis management initiatives.
  • Organize government visits, press conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  • Support policy advocacy, lobbying efforts, and corporate social responsibility activities.
  • Manage PR team operations, supervise daily tasks, and provide professional training.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging.

  • Monitor political, regulatory, and industry developments that may impact the company’s operations and provide timely analysis and recommendations.
  • Coordinate public relations campaigns, media communication, and crisis management initiatives.
  • Organize government visits, press conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events to enhance brand image and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support policy advocacy, lobbying efforts, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
  • Manage PR team operations, supervise daily tasks, and provide professional training and guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (legal, compliance, marketing, ESG) to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with regulations.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, International Relations, or related fields.

  • 10+ years of experience in government affairs and public relations, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong network and proven experience in dealing with government agencies, media, and public institutions.
