Data Specialist (Engineer / Analyst / Scientist)
We are looking for a multidisciplinary Data Specialist who combines expertise in Data Engineering, Data Analysis, and Data Science. This role is central to consolidating and managing the company’s global data, supporting international subsidiaries, and enabling smarter decision-making through automation and analytics.
You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining data-driven solutions, ensuring seamless integration of systems, and collaborating with external consultants to deliver strategic projects.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related field.
2–3 years of professional experience in roles such as Data Engineer, BI Developer, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist.
Technical Skills
Strong programming skills in Python.
Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, Vertica, MongoDB, etc.).
Hands-on experience with ETL / ELT processes and data pipelines (CI / CD deployments).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, QlikSense, etc.).
Knowledge of APIs and web integrations for e-commerce.
Experience with version control projects and git.
Nice-to-have: experience with Azure platform (DeltaLake, SynapseLink, DataLake).
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Communication skills to interact with stakeholders and consultants.
Proactive, autonomous, and organized in project management.
International mindset and flexibility to work with global teams.
