Position: Onboarding Account Manager.

Location: Barcelona.

Work model: Hybrid.

Renumeration: Base salary + performance bonus.

About the role:

In this role, you will partner with high‑potential businesses to drive product adoption, build strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities for long‑term growth. This position is ideal for awariproactive and strategic professional who thrives in a tech‑focused environment and excels at guiding clients through digital marketinggegeven.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIBILITIES:
  • Onboard a portfolio of new clients and act as a trusted advisor while developing high‑performing PPC campaigns.
  • Make outbound calls to promote and sell digital marketing services.
  • Identify customer objectives and present tailored solutions that matchco them needs.
  • Build strategic, results‑driven campaigns designed for both immediate impact and sustained performance.
  • Increase campaign spend and drive upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and complete customer data within the CRM system.
  • Manage a high volume of potencial clients through daily phone outreach.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, with advanced studies in Marketing or Commmunνοδο Considered a plus.
  • C2 Danish and C1 English language proficiency, with additional Nordic languages considered an advantage.
  • At least 20 months of experience in sales or marketing, ideally in client‑facing or high‑stakes environments.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting goals with limited supervision.
  • Experience managing customer নব data and using CRM tools to support sales processes.
  • Ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity and outreach strategies.
  • Clear and effective communication skills across a variety of audiences.
