DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIBILITIES:
- Onboard a portfolio of new clients and act as a trusted advisor while developing high‑performing PPC campaigns.
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell digital marketing services.
- Identify customer objectives and present tailored solutions that matchco them needs.
- Build strategic, results‑driven campaigns designed for both immediate impact and sustained performance.
- Increase campaign spend and drive upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and complete customer data within the CRM system.
- Manage a high volume of potencial clients through daily phone outreach.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, with advanced studies in Marketing or Commmunνοδο Considered a plus.
- C2 Danish and C1 English language proficiency, with additional Nordic languages considered an advantage.
- At least 20 months of experience in sales or marketing, ideally in client‑facing or high‑stakes environments.
- Ability to work independently while meeting goals with limited supervision.
- Experience managing customer নব data and using CRM tools to support sales processes.
- Ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity and outreach strategies.
- Clear and effective communication skills across a variety of audiences.
- Comfortable presenting, writing professional content, and collaborating in team settings.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong initiative.
- Ability to analyse competitors, understand market trends, and support strategic planning.
- Understanding of the Nordic market, including cultural nuances, business etiquette, and stakeholder complexity.
