A global business development firm is looking for a motivated Business Developer (Danish Speaking) to join their team in Barcelona. You will manage outbound calls to Danish clients, securing meetings for the sales team and achieving KPIs. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and experience in sales or telemarketing. The position offers a competitive salary, up to €3,000 in bonuses, and a relocation bonus for those moving from abroad.

Formación

  • Strong communication skills and a desire to grow in commercial development.

🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Developer (Danish Speaking) to join our team in Málaga.

In this role, you will act as a Meeting Booker, helping our client expand its customer base by identifying prospects, initiating contact, and securing qualified appointments for the sales team.

This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a desire to grow in commercial development.

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the Danish market.

Identify prospects, understand their needs, and present the value of Tryg’s services.

Schedule qualified meetings for the sales and account management teams.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to calls, meetings booked, and conversion rates.

Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies and overall performance.

Represent the brand professionally and ensure excellent customer engagement.

Native or fluent Danish, plus very good English.

Previous experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or meeting booking is a strong plus.

Comfortable working with KPIs and performance-driven environments.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
