Formación

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will provide second and third level network security support to our clients across Europe.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Palo Alto security solutions and strong skills in Panorama NGFW Management and Prisma SASE architecture. Fluency in English and Spanish is also required.

Responsibilities

• Provide second and third level network security support to clients
• Fault analysis, troubleshooting, and configuration of devices
• Prisma Access and Prisma SD-WAN troubleshooting
• Appropriate incident escalation to technical teams
• Customer support in English and Spanish

Required Skills & Experience

• Support, troubleshooting, and configuration of Palo Alto firewalls and security (5+ years)
• In-depth knowledge of Panorama firewall management
• Prisma Access & Prisma SD-WAN SASE architecture
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• PCNSE certification (preferred)
• 5+ years' experience in Palo Alto environment
