A leading multinational company in Sant Cugat del Vallès is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to implement security controls and improve security measures across IT, OT, and IoT environments. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, strong knowledge of security standards, and AWS Security Operations expertise. Formación

  • At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity / Security Engineering.
  • Good knowledge of the Information Security landscape and Cloud Security solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Security Operations.
  • Knowledge of existing Security standards and frameworks.

Responsabilidades

  • Implement security controls across IT, OT, and IoT environments.
  • Review and maintain corporate Security controls with the SecOps team.
  • Research best practices and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Plan security improvements for infrastructure and development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement security controls across Fluidra IT, OT, and IoT environments, including Web, Email, DLP, SWG, DNS, SSE, ITDR, CSPM and other cybersecurity solutions.
  • Review and maintain corporate Security controls in continuous collaboration and communication with our SecOps team and other Technology teams.
  • Proactively research best practices and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Prioritize and plan security improvements and mitigations for infrastructure and development teams.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following :

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity / Security Engineering
  • Good knowledge of the Information Security landscape, Cloud Security solutions, andcurrent and emerging security threats.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Security Operations and Architecture.
  • Proven ability to work independently, deploy solutions, and deliver projects on time with minimal direction.
  • Knowledge of existing Security standards and frameworks: OWASP, NIST CSF, CISControls, MITRE ATT&CK.
  • CISA, CISSP, OSCP, OSCE, or AWS certifications are a plus.
  • Good knowledge of most common vulnerabilities and their mitigations.
  • Good experience in risk management with a focus on security.
  • Solid understanding of security protocols, network security, cryptography, IAM, authentication, authorization, and credential management.
  • Scripting and AI automation skills are nice to have.
  • Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and enforce security measures.
  • The position requires full professional proficiency in English.
