Professional Services Consultant – Zero Trust (Madrid Based)

Are you a seasoned security expert with a passion for Zero Trust architecture and enterprise-level implementation? We’re seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join a leading Cyber Security vendor delivering cutting-edge Zero Trust and SASE solutions to global clients.

About the Role :

As a Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in post-sales delivery, guiding customers through the implementation of advanced security solutions. You’ll be hands-on with technologies like ZTNA, DLP, CASB, Email Security, and more—ensuring clients unlock the full value of their investment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead technical delivery of Zero Trust services, ensuring timely and organized implementation.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and produce technical documentation (HLDs, LLDs, test plans, migration plans, etc.).
• Execute changes within customer environments and provide integration guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, collaborating with support and engineering teams.
• Share knowledge internally and externally, contributing to best practices and operational assets.

What You’ll Bring :

5+ years in technical implementation, onboarding, or security engineering roles.

Strong understanding of OSI layers, TCP / IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP.

Expertise in Zero Trust technologies : ZTNA, SWG, RBI, DLP, CASB, Cloud Email Security.

Familiarity with SSO, LDAP, SAML, ADFS, and IdP configurations.

Experience with proxies, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint troubleshooting across Windows, MacOS, and Linux.

Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing demands.

Bonus Skills :

Experience with MDM platforms, AzureAD, Intune, Active Directory.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC-2).

Security certifications (CISSP, GCIA, CCNP, etc.) are a strong advantage.

Fluency in a second European language.
