We are looking for a Security Analyst SOC profile for the Cyberresilience area, who will work on exciting projects.

As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will:

1. Work in 8h shift (5x2), within a 24x7x365 team to support the timely delivery of security monitoring services.
2. Investigate attacks against customer networks.
3. Monitor and analyze log data, network traffic and/or alerts generated by security technologies in real-time; escalate and explain validated security incidents to customers.
4. Write security incident reports detailing the threat, its characteristics, and possible remediation activities.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
2. Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish languages.
3. A strong understanding of the cybersecurity threat landscape, including detailed technical knowledge about vulnerabilities, threats, attack methods, and infection vectors.
4. A strong understanding of computer networking, including TCP/IP and other protocols.
5. Minimum of 1 year experience in an operational environment, ideally with customer-facing responsibilities.
6. Minimum of 1 year experience in a cybersecurity role, focused on intrusion detection, security monitoring, incident handling, or analysis.
