Formación

  • Experiencia previa en equipos de trading eléctrico.
  • Dominio del inglés (nivel B2 mínimo).
  • Habilidades comunicativas excepcionales.

The Position

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team in Sevilla.

Your key responsibilities
  • Providing feedback from existing customer requests to the Product team.
  • Guiding customers from purchase through onboarding, ensuring they derive maximum value from Isotrol products.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding their goals, and aligning Isotrol solutions accordingly.
  • Following up on accounts, acting as an expert advisor to maximize product adoption and retention.
  • Collecting and passing on user feedback to inform product development.
  • Identifying new opportunities for product expansion in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Analyzing product usage to identify actions and success stories, representing the voice of the customer.
  • Having extensive knowledge of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.
Your skills and experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or other languages (High level of English - B2).
  • Engineering degree preferred.
  • Work experience in electrical trading teams.

  • Holidays: 22 days + 24th and 31st December.
  • Summer working hours: 8:00 to 15:00 from July 1 to August 31.
