Formación

  • 3+ años en roles de cara al cliente, preferiblemente en cumplimiento o seguridad.
  • Experiencia con marcos de cumplimiento como ISO 27001 o SOC 2.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés.

Responsabilidades

  • Guiar a los nuevos clientes en la adopción de la plataforma.
  • Ayudar a los clientes a alinearse con las normas de cumplimiento relevantes.
  • Actuar como punto de contacto para preguntas relacionadas con el cumplimiento.

Your Mission:
Do you enjoy helping customers succeed while navigating the worlds of cybersecurity and compliance in an early-stage startup where everything still needs to be built? Look no further.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. You’ll be a key partner for our customers, guiding them through onboarding, supporting them on their compliance journey, and helping them make the most of Qalea’s platform. You’ll help them simplify complex compliance frameworks, track progress, and bring clarity to their security and risk goals.
A day in your life as a Customer Success Specialist, here at Qalea:
- Guide new customers through onboarding and platform adoption, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.- Help clients align their use of Qalea with relevant compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, ENS, NIS2, DORA...).- Act as a trusted point of contact for compliance-related questions, documentation, and process guidance.- Track client progress towards security and compliance milestones, and help them stay on course.- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and work to anticipate their needs.- Collaborate with product and engineering to surface customer feedback and suggest improvements.
You’ll rock if you have:
Must-haves- 3+ years in client-facing roles, preferably in areas like compliance, legal, security, or governance, and ideally with experience in B2B environments.- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, ENS, or similar.- A strong sense of organization - you track processes, follow through, and keep people aligned- A proactive, curious, and hands-on mindset: you don’t wait for instructions, and you bring clarity when things get messy.- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English - you explain things clearly and help people feel heard and understood.
Nice-to-haves:- Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-growing environments.- A basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts or risk controls.- Experience supporting clients through audits or certification processes - and knowing what it takes to prepare them well.- Based in or near Barcelona, or open to occasional in-person meetings with clients or the team.
