A rapidly growing B2B travel management scale-up seeks a Customer Success Executive for the Middle East. This role involves managing client portfolios, onboarding new clients, and customizing resources to optimize customer engagement. Ideal candidates will be Arabic speakers with a passion for learning and problem-solving in an evolving startup environment.

Formación

We are looking for

A driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive - Middle East (m/w/d), who wants to contribute to the growth and success of our growing client base in the Middle East.


Your role in BizAway

  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients to maximize platform utilization.
  2. Onboard new corporate clients, ensuring they are fully operational.
  3. Customize onboarding materials such as user guides, videos, and training resources to meet client needs.
  4. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, monitor feedback, and turn skeptics into ambassadors.
  5. Identify client growth opportunities and achieve upselling targets.
  6. Set quarterly targets with the Customer Success Team Lead.
  7. Collaborate with the CS and Sales teams to share best practices and foster growth.
  8. Propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve processes and growth.
Your basic qualifications

  • Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B account management or customer success roles.
  • Hunger to learn and face challenges.
  • Proactive in proposing solutions and accepting mistakes as learning opportunities.
  • Flexible to work in a fast-changing environment.
Additional interests

  • Knowledge of additional languages or experience with Middle Eastern markets.
  • Previous experience in fast-growing startups.
