About the Role :

You will work with a portfolio of customers, understanding their goals, use cases, and challenges. You’ll design and implement success plans to accelerate adoption, ensure high retention, and support customers as their use of the platform grows.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and solving business problems. What You Will Do :

• Act as a Trusted Technical Partner: Build strong relationships with customers, becoming their go-to technical advisor to drive business value.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Sales and Customer Success to identify opportunities and communicate technical value.
• Lead Post-Sales Engagements: Serve as a technical contact after sales, coordinating with Product, Support, Services, and Training teams to ensure success.
• Drive Customer Success: Work with support engineers to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide strategic insights.

• This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona, transitioning to remote after one year. Initially, you will work from the office three times a week.

What Gives You an Edge :

• Preferred: a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Up to 5 years of experience in a tech environment.
• Experience with Apache Kafka, Hadoop, databases, message queues, APIs, etc.
• Proficiency in Java or other programming languages and distributed systems.
• Basic Linux knowledge is a plus.
