Formación

  • 1+ year experience in customer service, preferably in tech/travel.
  • Able to work rotating shifts between 5AM–10PM, Mon–Fri.
  • Quick learner with new software and systems.

Employment Type: Fixed-term (6 months) with potential for extension or permanent hire

Languages: German (C2) & English (B2+)
Compensation: Base salary + performance bonuses

What You’ll Do

Engage with customers across phone, email, chat, and social media
Provide product and service information clearly and professionally
Assist with basic troubleshooting and technical questions
Accurately document customer cases in internal systems
Escalate complex issues when necessary for resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely support
Manage service ticket queues and prioritize effectively
Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes

What We’re Looking For
  • Native/Fluent in German (C2) + Fluent in English (B2+)
  • 1+ year experience in customer service (preferably in tech/travel)
  • Strong communication skills across all channels
  • Able to handle technical issues with a structured approach
  • Quick learner with new software and systems
  • Team player with problem-solving mindset
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts between 5AM–10PM, Mon–Fri
