Position Purpose

We are seeking a Customer Service Professional with experience in maintaining databases in German to join our multicultural team, which comprises more than 54 nationalities.

If you want to play a key role in a dynamic, multicultural, and committed team, this is a great opportunity.

Essential Functions

1. Update reference databases with new products and market changes in German-speaking countries, ensuring data quality: classify products, standardize, and group data according to company hierarchies and business rules.
2. Identify required changes to existing reference files.
3. Collaborate with local offices to correct inaccurate data, delete outdated entries, or add new ones to improve reference files.
4. Identify and resolve routine data exceptions and issues.
5. Perform quality control on maintained data and apply corrections as needed.
6. Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.

Skills & Other Requirements:

1. Proficiency in German and English (high level).
2. Experience in maintaining and updating databases is valuable.
3. High school diploma or equivalent.
4. Highly organized with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (telephone and email).
6. Experience working in multinational corporations is an advantage.
