About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to engage with our current and potential clients as part of a special outreach project. Your role will be essential in maintaining strong relationships, sharing updates, reactivating inactive clients, and collecting valuable feedback to improve our services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Outbound calls (Provided database): Inform clients about ongoing promotions, product launches, and events. Invite clients to Zoom presentations, offline meetups, and other company activities. Reactivate inactive clients (those who haven’t interacted for 3+ months).
  2. Feedback collection & Reporting: Log interests, objections, questions, and call outcomes. Share collected feedback and insights with your team leader.
  3. Work with reporting tools: Maintain daily logs: client status, call outcomes, and next steps. Segment contacts into groups (e.g., potential customers, product interest, business interest, etc.).
  4. Communication via Messengers: Send follow-ups, reminders, and links via WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messaging platforms. Duplicate invitations and essential information across channels as needed.
What we’re looking for
  • Native-level Spanish (Spain) required. Other language skills are a plus.
  • Clear and confident communication style, especially over the phone.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a strong advantage.
