Customer Service Representative (Spain & Portugal) – Madrid, Spain

What you’ll do

• Be part of the Customer Service team for Spain and Portugal, ensuring quality service and a positive customer experience
• Prepare quotes, register orders, and issue invoices
• Handle inquiries and resolve incidents
• Support the sales team in daily tasks
• Communicate clearly in Spanish and English

The role is based in our Madrid offices. Depending on autonomy and progression, hybrid work may be considered after the onboarding period.

• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
