A global technology and services company is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Málaga. This role offers a hybrid work option, where you will provide excellent service to customers of a leading digital bank. Strong communication skills and previous customer service experience are preferred. The position includes a permanent contract of 39 hours per week and paid training.

Formación

We are now hiring a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join the team in Málaga (hybrid). You’ll work with one of Europe’s leading digital banks, providing excellent service and support to customers via email and phone.

  • Are a native or fluent Norwegian speaker with advanced English skills.

  • Have previous experience in customer service.
  • Possess good written, verbal, and listening skills.
It’s a plus if you :
  • Have experience within banking, invoicing, or collections — but it’s not required, as full training will be provided.
