A boutique destination management company in Madrid is seeking a DMC Customer Service Manager to oversee reservations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in the travel or hospitality industry, is bilingual in Spanish and English, and possesses strong business and leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing reservations, interacting with clients, and developing customer loyalty programs. Competitive compensation and a bonus program are available after training.

Formación

  • Previous experience in Travel or hospitality Industry at least 3-5 years at level of sales manager, group coordinator, concierge.
  • Knowledge of the Spanish & Portuguese market is a plus.
  • Experience working with Americans is a plus.

As a DMC Customer Service Manager you will work Monday to Friday on reservations, speaking with providers and clients. If you have previous experience in hospitality or travel industry as a sales manager, group coordinator or concierge, and speak Spanish and English we would love to hear from you!

The ideal candidate
  • Previous experience in Travel or hospitality Industry at least 3‑5 years at level of sales manager, group coordinator, concierge
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish required
  • Detail oriented team player, we work individually and in teams
  • Well‑educated, knowledge of the Spanish & Portuguese market is a plus
  • Experience working with Americans is a plus
  • Strong business sense and industry experience
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall reservations
  • Interacting with customers daily by answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate service for their needs
  • Creating customer loyalty programs to increase revenue and improve client retention
  • Establishing customer service policies and procedures
  • Provides information regarding area, including directions, attractions, shopping, nightlife, or recreational opportunities.
  • Arranges sightseeing and other tours.
  • Acquires tickets to special events or makes reservations for clients at a variety of venues, including for dinner, recreation times
  • Provides a variety of business services such as shipping packages and assisting with printing needs.
  • Plans and schedules special events, parties, or meetings.
  • Develops and maintains service relationships to fulfill the needs of customers, guests, or employees.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • 6 months of training
  • Trips with the teams
  • After 6 months, you will access the bonus program for employees
  • You work Monday to Friday!
