Location: Remote from anywhere in Greece or on-site in Athens (relocation mandatory – you must live in Greece)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support in Spanish
• Manage customer inquiries via multiple channels efficiently
• Document interactions and solutions in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Achieve individual KPIs while delivering outstanding service

Candidate Requirements

• Spanish: Native / C2
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work remotely from Greece or in the Athens office
• Valid work permit for Greece or the EU required
• Open to relocating and starting a new life in Greece

Remuneration

Relocation Package (for candidates with valid EU work permit)

• 2 weeks hotel accommodation + flight ticket (within EU)
