The ideal candidate will speak German (Austria) at a native level and have strong English skills. Overview

Join our team and represent one of the world’s leading premium automotive brands in the Austrian market.

Responsibilities
  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you will: Assist customers by phone and email, ensuring excellent service aligned with the brand’s premium standards.
  • Communicate efficiently in German (Austria) and English, both spoken and written.
  • Handle inquiries related to products, services, and after-sales support.
What We’re Looking For
  • Native / Bilingual German (Austria) speaker.
  • Advanced English level (minimum B2).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
Contract & Compensation
  • Type of contract: Permanent (2-month probation period).
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time (39 hours / week).
  • Service hours: Between 08:00 and 20:00 (rotating shifts).
  • Salary: €20,000 gross / year, paid in 12 monthly installments.
Training
  • Start date: 29/09/2025
  • End date: 10/10/2025
  • Duration: 3 weeks, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
  • Location: Remote, paid training (language bonus not included during training).

  • Work mode: 100% remote
