A leading automotive manufacturing company in Seseña is looking for a skilled Customer Administrator to manage customer order portfolios and supervise deliveries. This on-site role requires the ability to analyze shipments and collaborate with logistics teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in SAP and risk analysis. This position operates on a split shift from Monday to Friday.

Responsabilidades

  • Check delivery calls and ensure integration.
  • Manage logistic customer claims on the portal.

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Customer Administrator who will manage customer order portfolios and supervise customer deliveries. This position is in Seseña (Toledo); teleworking is not available. Novares is a manufacturing plant and this role must be done on site.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage shipments
    • Liaise with customers and give advance notification of any anomalies
    • Ensure coherence of the order book. If anomalies are detected, notify a senior manager.
    • Analyze late deliveries weekly
    • Publish results every day, at the end of each week and at the end of each month
    • Occasionally print out shipment preparation lists to give to the storekeeper
    • Manage stock by checking the various indices during modifications
    • Order suitable transportation means
    • Update the customer closure calendar daily
    • Inform the logistics department or the customer in the event of a non-compliance with production commitments, if there is a risk of delivery interruption
  2. Manage delivery calls
    • Check that they are correctly integrated
    • Retrieve requests from the web
    • Input requests that are not in E.D.I.
    • Ensure that the order book is kept up-to-date
  3. Help to manage internal and external flows in certain organizations
    • Help to create logistics department instruction sheets/procedures
    • Report to the logistics manager
    • Analyze causes and decide on suitable means and methods required to complete assigned missions
  4. Manage logistic customer claims on the Customer web portal
    • Analyze transportation
    • Analyze transportation costs
    • Check transportation invoices, check discrepancies, and validate the authorization for payment
    • Organize different transportation and manage internal shuttle buses
    • Print prep

This position will be located at the Novares plant in Seseña, in the southern area of the Community of Madrid. Own vehicle will be required to access the facilities. The work will be carried out on a split shift, Monday to Friday, on-site.
