Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management
  • Developing the business environment for sustained growth
  • Maintaining relationships within accounts to ensure long-term visibility of techniques, strategies, and competitor movements
  • Researching new sales opportunities within existing accounts
  • Driving benefits through proactive management
  • Tracking, managing, and reporting sales activity
  • Responding to client or partner calls and providing solutions
  • Achieving and exceeding KPIs
