Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class customer satisfaction at all times and do whatever is necessary to support customers following the provided guidelines.
  • Handle incoming customer contacts (via telephone, e-mail, chat or social media, reviews); log call details onto call tracking systems and perform call follow-ups according to procedures.
  • Support consumers in the sales and after-sales process by qualifying needs, product recommendations, after-sales support, and other tasks that result in consumer satisfaction.
  • Forward escalations and defined topics to the respective Client’s brand units or contact persons when a resolution is not available.
  • De-escalate in case of complaints; offer solutions within Client’s procedures, policies, or guidelines, or transfer to the Client’s or designated partner for settlement and resolution of non-standard cases.
  • Ensure correct presentation of the Client’s corporate image in all interactions representing its brand and generate consumer experience through outstanding service on all channels.
