Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business Administration (ADE)...).
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Customer Care operations.
  • Languages : Fluent in English and Spanish. German is a plus.
  • Others : Proficient in Excel, SAP SD, and EDI.

What will your challenges be?

Design and implement their corporate back-office order-to-cash processes to achieve customer experience objectives at minimum cost (product master data, ATP, order entry), aligned with all rest of the departments. Manage Germany's ATP (order) process, coordinating with Marketing DE, BITs, and warehouses (external providers SK, D&O).
