Responsibilities

• Respond to Dutch / Flemish-speaking customer inquiries via inbound calls / emails / chat
• Ensure accurate response and follow-up of customer requests
• Handle sensitive data with accuracy (full training provided)
• Provide high-quality customer service and offer tailored solutions
• Participate within a dynamic team with a positive attitude towards change

Qualifications

This opportunity is perfect for you if :

• You speak Dutch or Flemish (C2) + English (C1)
• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a call center or a similar customer service role
• You are a strong team player with excellent listening and communication skills
• You’re service-oriented, detail-focused, and a natural problem solver
• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable switching between multiple systems
