Responsibilities

Main responsibilities: Responsible for managing programs primarily for our Associate Business Schools (ABS) and some partner institutions, taking management responsibility for program modules that our ABS want to book and host on IESE’s campuses. This involves leading the agenda planning and ensuring that assigned programs run smoothly together with a program Coordinator and are planned in a timely and consistent manner, serving as the main contact person for the schools, institutions, and program participants. This position is part of the Custom Programs team at IESE, with occasional support during peak times in custom programs.

  • Following set policies and criteria, manage the MOU process through to signature.
  • Manage scheduling, including identifying the ideal campus for the program and academic director support.
  • Work with the academic director to create the agenda and identify the supporting faculty team.
  • Coordinate planning, delivery, and post-delivery program follow-up with a coordinator.
  • Manage the program budget, expenditure, billing, receipts, and forecasts.
  • Respond to inquiries from participants, faculty, and visitors via phone and in person.
Qualifications

Education and Experience: University degree or equivalent preferred, plus experience in an office environment. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Bilingual (English / Spanish) and additional languages are a plus. 3-4 years’ experience managing internal or external client / partner relationships.

Work Schedule

Work Schedule : Some programs may require working overtime. Schedule may be volatile with peak periods of intense hours and downtime. Occasional travel is required.
