A renewable energy company is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing, transportation, and installation processes for concrete and hybrid towers. The ideal candidate will analyze current operations, support projects in construction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and safety. Candidates should have relevant experience, a strong command of English, and availability for travel. The company offers a supportive work environment in sustainability and equal opportunity.

Formación

• Experience in manufacturing, transportation and installation processes.
• One to five years in a similar position.
• Willingness to travel, 3-4 trips per year for 2-3 weeks each.

Your Tasks

• Analyze and establish concrete and hybrid towers (C&HT) manufacturing, transportation and installation processes based on parameters and characteristics of the tower design to develop efficient and cost‑effective process.
• Support current projects under construction solving incidents related to manufacturing, transportation and installation C&HT procedures and tools.
• Optimize existing processes to enhance performance, quality and safety.
• Take part in new C&HT development groups. Review design and propose improvements or corrections. Establish requirements from manufacturing and installation point of view in early stage of new product development to optimize the process, quality and safety.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address technical challenges.
• Definition and validation of tools to be supplied by Nordex Group.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement measures.
• Maintain existing C&HT instruction and inspection reports updated.
• Stay informed about industry regulation and ensure compliance.
• Traveling to C&HT factories and wind farms under construction to test new tools, attend new prototypes or for auditing reasons to find room for improvement in procedures / design / tools.

Your Profile

• Industrial Engineer or other studies with experience in the task required.
• CAD-PLM, Microsoft office.
• High English level.
• One‑five years of experience in a similar position.
• Availability to travel (3 or 4 trips per year and each one approximately of two or three weeks)
