CST Associate Product Sales Specialist

Medtronic, the global leader in medical technology, is seeking a Midas, Cervical, MIS & Biologics Specialist to join our Cranial Spinal Technologies (CST) team in Iberia. This role focuses on managing the portfolio for Midas Rex power systems, Cervical & MIS Spine solutions, and Biologics. You will drive product adoption and growth through strategic initiatives, supporting sales teams and customers across Spain and Portugal.

Reporting to the CST Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with the European marketing team, Iberian product specialists, and CST Sales Support to deliver product expertise. If you are organized, proactive, and thrive in managing multiple tasks efficiently, this is your opportunity to contribute to a meaningful mission.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing strategies for product families, analyzing market trends, measuring performance, and identifying new opportunities.
  2. Providing training to sales reps, agents, distributors, and clinical staff, supporting clinical evaluations, and enhancing product knowledge.
  3. Coordinating major courses, promotional activities, and building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to drive adoption.
  4. Managing equipment allocations, product listings, back-order situations, and inventory levels to ensure optimal distribution.
  5. Supporting documentation for tenders, managing critical situations, and executing field actions and recalls.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to work in surgical theatres.
  2. Strong multitasking, communication, and self-management skills.
  3. Willingness to travel up to 80% and work flexible hours.
  4. Living in Madrid.
