A global Support-as-a-Service provider is seeking a Chat Support Consultant to deliver exceptional customer support in crypto trading. The role is fully remote and requires a native Norwegian speaker with strong English skills. Key responsibilities include building customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and maintaining knowledge of market conditions. Formación

  • At least 6-12 months of experience in live chat support, preferably within crypto or financial services.
  • Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience.
  • Crypto industry knowledge is beneficial.
  • Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and stable internet connection.
