A top-tier global financial institution in Madrid is seeking an experienced Cloud Solution Architect to enhance its Cloud & Engineering capabilities. The role involves designing cloud infrastructures for enterprise projects, automating using Terraform and Ansible, and advising on cloud best practices. A minimum of 5 years in infrastructure and 3 years in cloud consulting are required, along with hands-on experience with AWS or Azure. This position offers a hybrid working model in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in infrastructure, networks, and database architecture.
• 3+ years in distributed application design and cloud consulting.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure.

Cloud Solution Architect (Banking Sector)

Our client, a top-tier global financial institution, is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect to strengthen its Cloud & Engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and define cloud infrastructure patterns (AWS / Azure) for enterprise projects
• Translate cloud reference architectures into solution designs for real business use cases
• Automate infrastructure patterns and IaC using Terraform and Ansible
• Implement and optimize CI / CD processes using GitHub Actions
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate cloud solutions seamlessly
• Advise CIO and technical leaders on cloud best practices and architecture strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure, networks, and database architecture.
• ~3+ years in distributed application design & cloud consulting
• ~ Hands‑on experience with AWS and / or Azure
• ~ Expertise in Terraform, Crossplane, Ansible, and automation frameworks
• ~ Strong understanding of DevOps & CI / CD pipelines
• ~ Programming knowledge in Python, Go, Bash
