A leading online gaming operator in Ceuta is seeking a CRM Specialist to coordinate customer lifecycle campaigns. The ideal candidate is a native Spanish speaker with strong English skills and experience in CRM execution. As a member of the commercial team, you will be charged with helping with the planning and execution of customer lifecycle campaigns for YoBrands. You will also help ensure the best CRM practice in the organization.
The key focus of your role will be to put the customer at the heart of everything we do and drive engagement with the ultimate objectives of increasing conversion, loyalty, life‑time value, cross‑sell and reactivation.
