Responsibilities
  • Develop creative concepts and write engaging copy in Portuguese for a variety of marketing materials :
  • Advertisements (online print radio TV)
  • Brochures flyers and printed materials
  • Point-of-sale (POS) and shopper marketing assets
  • Social media content (posts ads stories)
  • Website copy and landing pages
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Scripts for video and audio content
  • Internal communications and presentations
  • Collaborate with art directors designers marketing managers and other team members to ensure copy aligns with creative strategy and brand tone
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all deliverables
  • Proofread and edit copy to ensure it is grammatically accurate and error-free
  • Adapt and translate copy between English Spanish and Portuguese when needed ensuring cultural nuance and relevance
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in digital marketing creativity and social media
  • Manage multiple assignments at once while meeting deadlines
Requirements
  • Native / Bilingual Portuguese speaker with excellent writing skills
  • 12 years of experience (or relevant internships) in copywriting preferably in a creative or agency environment
  • Experience writing for digital and social platforms
  • Basic understanding of ATL BTL and shopper marketing is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (essential for multilingual content adaptation)
  • Ability to craft creative and clear messages tailored to various formats and audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and cultural sensitivity
  • Portfolio showcasing writing samples (academic personal or professional)
  • Proactive mindset eagerness to learn and strong team collaboration skills
