A creative agency is seeking a Creative Artworker to manage the design application and production of marketing campaigns. This full-time role in Madrid requires extensive experience in design production with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite. Formación

We are looking for a Creative Artworker responsible for the design application and production of marketing campaigns and retailer communications for global brands, ranging from straightforward design to artwork origination and amendments, including adaptation and versioning of existing signed-off designs.

The key responsibilities include:

1. Creating, preparing, and editing print-ready artwork files across various media, including POS, print assets, digital assets, and social media assets.
2. Ensuring the integrity of the original concept and brief.
3. Working within brand and corporate guidelines.
4. Understanding and adhering to the company’s quality control processes.
5. Producing image retouching and photography adjustments.
6. Completing administrative tasks, including timesheets.
7. Managing time effectively to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications and skills required:

1. Extensive experience as a design and production-focused artworker.
2. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
3. Knowledge of print-ready files, die-cuts, color management, and 3D visualization.
4. Experience with pre-flight and proofing processes.
5. Proficiency in Photoshop and image retouching.
6. Ability to apply design concepts across different media and formats, including automated workflows.
7. Skills in motion graphics and 3D modeling; familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
8. Experience in agency or client-side environments preferred.
9. Knowledge of marketing technology systems such as DAM, ad delivery platforms, and approval tools.
10. Understanding of color management.
11. Problem-solving ability and proactive approach.
12. Effective communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
13. A creative design background is advantageous.
