Join us as a Country Manager for the Spanish market - you will be in charge of:
Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop high-performing B2B sales, account management, and customer success teams in the Spanish market.
Growth & Commercial Strategy: Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and reducing churn.
Operational Excellence: Ensure high execution standards by defining, tracking, and reinforcing effective sales practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue Operations and Customer Success Operations to align strategies and processes.
Strategic Vision: Play a key leadership role in a growing market, contributing directly to Trusted Shops' international success.
Digital & SaaS Expertise: Deep understanding of subscription-based digital/SaaS business models to drive growth across customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
Proven Sales Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to build, manage, and coach strong leadership teams across sales, account management, and customer success.
Strategic Execution & Collaboration: Skilled in implementing sales strategies and collaborating with cross-market managers to share best practices
Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage KPIs and sales data to optimize teams’ performance, sales outcome, and optimize the customer funnel.
Communication & Market Representation: Native Spanish speaker with advanced English (C1), and ability to represent Trusted Shops as the market leader in Spain.
