A leading company seeks a Senior Contracts Negotiator to support its EMEA sales teams by drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will possess a law degree and extensive experience in contract management, particularly within the technology sector. The role requires excellent negotiation skills, adaptability, and a focus on innovation in legal processes.
The Senior Contracts Negotiator / Contracts Negotiator Lead / Counsel position will play a key role in supporting Salesforce's EMEA Sales organizations in structuring commercial transactions and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements primarily for EMEA customers. The individual thrives under pressure and will be high-performing, results-driven, and collaborative. Strategic and critical thinking and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines while working closely with a wide array of cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment are critical to success in this role. Kindness and a good sense of humor are key to excelling as a member of our team.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Proven experience working with EMEA contracts in a law firm or company legal department.
Relevant hands on experience working with EMEA contracts in a law firm or company legal department.
LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification from an accredited law school / university; licensed to practice law in the European Union or the United Kingdom.
