We are seeking a
Corporate Business Lawyer
to join our multidisciplinary Administration, Finance & Legal team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing legal support across our European operations, working closely with departments such as Purchasing, IT, Marketing, and other corporate functions.
Manage corporate legal matters including data protection, internal compliance, contract drafting and validation, and the overall legal life of the Group’s companies.
Advise and support operational departments in all areas of business law.
Contribute occasionally to additional assignments within the Legal Department (including legal watch) or the holding company.
Collaborate with international teams and travel occasionally to Group industrial and distribution sites (France, Austria, Germany, UK, Spain).
Law degree from a reputable university; additional Business School training is a plus.
3 to 5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with a
very good level of French.
Strong ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure effective follow-up.
Excellent writing skills and comfort working in a multicultural environment with various legal systems.
Thorough, responsive, pragmatic, and open-minded.
